The Nuru Foundation was established in 2008 to formalize the efforts Sorcha Sickinghe had been making for a number of years to collect funds to financially or otherwise help aid projects in Africa.

 

The wider aims of The Nuru Foundation are to assist projects in the Third World which devote their efforts and funds to the spiritual and physical

well being of the people, with, if and where possible, special attention to the homeopathic approach thereto.
